By accessing or utilizing NexFeed, you agree to comply with Facebook Page API policies and all local laws. Users must connect pages they possess explicit publishing authorization for.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Automated bulk postings must not violate Facebook Community Standards. Any accounts flagged for spam or malicious distributions will be immediately suspended without refund.

3. Subscription & No-Refund Policy

Payments for Pro Bulk Poster and Enterprise tiers are processed securely. Subscriptions can be upgraded or terminated directly within the dashboard profile settings. **All payments are 100% non-refundable.** Since digital resources, server proxies, and upload bandwidth are allocated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, partial credits, or chargeback offsets under any circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability & Page Safety Disclaimer

NexFeed acts as an administrative bulk posting utility and companion uploader. **We offer absolutely no guarantees regarding Facebook page suspensions, reach declines, restricted profiles, or distribution shadowbans.** Facebook (Meta) operates dynamic automated security algorithms that flag accounts at their own discretion. Users assume 100% of the operational risk when scheduling automated content, and NexFeed is not liable for any account restrictions, financial losses, or brand damages.
